easy to use. very clear print. easy to change cartridges

printer very slow to react whilst gathering data

Easy set up, and simple use, looks really nice ans saves a lot of space too, excellent software which is also very easy to us

in the period i have had this printer , i have been unable to find any bad points

Can use it as a photocopier, rather than just a computer printer, Don't know about printing photographs as haven't done it yet.

Can't tell when the ink is nearly finished or finished. (Previous printer would send message to computer with a dialogue box.)

Finding it most useful for doing photocopies as well as printing documents from the computer. Had some success with photos but we are aged over 60 and need to practice a bit more!

very good simple to use a nice machine prints well and clear,lots of extras,like photo help and printing tips.like the fact it goes into sleep mode, so saves money

find the paper holder a bit fragile,although it dose the job
