I'm on Mac OS and found setup very easy, instructions very clear. Had printer up and working in about 15 minutes. Auto-duplexing feature works great and I've printed several manuscripts so far without a glitch. I paid under 130 for this at a major...

Great value for the price; handles duplexing very well

There is a lot of criticism about the way this printer handles envelopes, but as I don't use that function I haven't tried it. Like many lasers it pulls a lot of power so I keep it turned off when not in use

I've had 5 of these printers, and this is my last. Spews ink, crimps page corners, crumples paper. If you print more than 10 pages a year, avoid this horrible piece of junk. You have been warned.......
