the items I recieved were what I ordered although I haven't used them yet, but as usual I have no problems with anything i order from Amazon.

This item is not boxed, however they are the original cartridges. despatched quickly with no problems at all. will definately purchase again.

This multipack is getting more and more expensive and this was very much a bargain from a local supplier (unknown to me) it arrived in good time and I shall be dealing with this firm again most likely. All the items were genuine and not refills

They sent the first order quickly, but was wrong code - however I emailed and they immediately replied to my email, personally, sent replacements rapidly and all correct - mistakes happen everywhere in dispatch but they were superb sorting out - well...
