Fair printer

quick printing, pretty good price

I have had two of these and both have had the same issue. the magenta ink stops feeding. luckly I bought it at Best Buy and the extended warranty has replaced it both time

So far so good. Easiest wireless setup ever!!

This printer is fantastic. Sure it doesn't print as fast as some other one's out there, but you certainly get quality prints. The ink is pretty cheap too. I especially like the fact that you get 4 cartridges (one for each color: blk, cyn, ylw, mag.)...

Great printer but doesn't ugrade Vista to Windows 7

I am not likely to purchase another Brother printer because of the poor customer service and this experience.

Printer was hard to install initially but printed/scanned great.Must be uninstalled for Vista -> 7 upgrade. If you don't do this Brother says you must downgrade back to Vista then uninstall, install 7 & reinstall printer

The fact thaht it does not upgrade with Vista -> 7 and Brother has no remedy other than to uninstall Windows 7 and start over. No warnings or info about this anywhere

Won't scan if out of any ink color

If you run out of ink in any of the four cartridges you lose all functionality of this product. $30 every time. If left unused for any length of time you must remove the cartridges or you will be taking it to get fixed. only scans through USB. Cool...
