Brother MFC-7300C Oh brother...

I've had this all-in-one for over a year now. It worked OK the 1st 6 months or so. Now it prints everything in magenta. After owning this and helping a friend with a similar HP all-in-one I'm of the opinion that these things are jack-of-all-trades...
