Brother MFC-9010CN

If high print quality is most important to you when looking for a laser printer, the Brother MFC-9010CN has what you need. The 600 x 2400dpi is a key feature to this printer, along with its multifunctional tools. There is not a large variety of...

The Brother MFC-9010CN offers beautiful black and white and color prints with a resolution of 600 x 2400dpi

This laser printer lacks Wi-Fi and only has a printing speed of 17 pages per minute

This Brother printer offers high-resolution prints and multifunctional tools, but lacks the advanced features to enhance this device’s overall performance.

Brother MFC-9010CN Review

The toner cartridges fit in a drum that fit in the tray. This is different than my HP that used the all in one cartridge. The drumn life is 50,000 sheets. I will have to see actual usage. It's a great printer thus far for the money!! No regrets....

Compact. Great output. Nice to have the all in one functionality with color laser output. Quick first print. Intuitive menus. Simple maintenance. Scanning/copying is a breeze. Toner consumption is good thus far

No double sided output. I haven't used it long enough to say if the output will degrade over usage like my HP 2605 did. No faxing if that matters to you

Great!

I didn't know that this was signature required, had to pick it up at the UPS customer center. What a freak show.

This is a fantastic all-in-one! I bought this over the MFC-9120CN, because seriously..... who faxes anymore ; The setup was very easy, and the software is rock solid. I recommend going to Brother's site and downloaded the driver package... don't bother...

Starter toner??? Come on! I looked at all the models and all come with starter toner until you reach the MFC-9440CN ; I noticed that the color print quality is not great for photo printing, but that is to be expected for this kind of printer, it's for...

Not Quite All The Name Implies

Brother is a good company with good products, I have several other Brother machines. The person(s) at Brother or Newegg that made the decision to use the term "All In One" may have sold a large number of printers but at a significant cost in customer...

Great printer, excellent quality and easy to operate / setup. Fast and well thought out design. Great for home office use. Software interface with my apple computer is excellent, works great

I was very disappointed that the machine did not have a Fax function. The term "all in one" has always meant "Print Fax Scan Copy" and the use of the term should not apply to this unit - EVER! I made the assumption it was truly a four function produce....

Great overall Package

A full set of Brother branded 2200 print refill cartridges come in at just over $200 as of this writing. Not horrible, but for the Konica I could get a set of non-refurbed, 4500 print cartridges for about $350.

This is my first LED printer. Previously I've had various inkjets and a Konica Minolta color Laser. Printing quality is quite nice and fast. All four of the color toner cartridges are in a line, which makes it nice and fast and a lot quieter than the...

It comes with the ridiculous "starter" cartridges. The shipping box is absolutely huge and I'm not looking forward to storing it through the warranty duration. The time to first print is definitely longer than the rated 15 seconds. I'm not sure where...

Works great

Newegg shipped me two of them when I only wanted one (note that they weigh 100 pounds.) And the problem was initially not handled with the level of customer service which I expected. But to their credit they eventually resolved the situation without...

Print quality is great. The drivers for OS X support all of the options you could want including forcing black/white printing when you don't want to waste the color toner ; Scanning feature can be accessed in a number of ways including software which...

Warm up time (before the first/only page comes out) is longer than I expected. And it is definitely longer than the 15 seconds quoted in the specs (more like 30.) ; Comes in a huge box (it is a big printer but the box was way huger than I expected) and...

poor toner usage

The machine works well accept for toner. I get no where near the 1300 pages per toner cartridge. I'm lucky to get 400 pages. And I am not using a lot of color per page. And the toner is expensive. That makes this a poor choice. I am not happy with the...
