Brother MFC-9325CW

Not long ago, small offices and businesses had very clear reasons for choosing entry-level color-laser-family printers, such as Brother's new $449.99 MFC-9325CW, over inkjet all-in-one (AIO) machines. Generally speaking, lasers and laser-class devices...

Good output quality ; Fast printing at entry-level price ; Easy to set up and use

Subpar photograph copying ; High cost per page ; Limited support for memory devices

This entry-level color LED model prints, copies, and scans great-looking business documents at respectable speeds. A high operational cost, however, makes it best for businesses that need laser-quality output at modest volume levels.

Brother MFC-9325cw Review: A Reliable Color LED for Offices

Capitalizing on the buzz that is CES, Brother announced four new color LED devices that offer color print speeds up to four times faster than their competitors.

Compact design ; Wi-Fi ; Quick print speeds

Manual duplexing ; Average scan quality

The Brother MFC-9325cw is available now through authorized vendors for the suggested retail price of $449.99.

Brother MFC-9325CW

The MFC-9325CW is a step up from the MFC-9125CN in both price and features, although its colour output is still noticeably sketchy.

Integrated WiFi and USB connectivity ; Compact size

No inbuilt duplexing ; Poor quality colour ; Poor error messages

The MFC-9325CW is a fair SOHO printer, but it's not a great one; while it would be worthwhile upgrading your pricing over the MFC 9125CN, the lack of quality colour output puts a definite pall on the whole experience.

Good product, good value

I very much like the product except that when printing a short page, I have to turn it around and open the back in order to retrieve the printed paper. The back is not easy to open, nor is the unit easy to turn around, so this is a relatively important...

Disappointed Brother customer

I've been using (and singing the praises of) Brother printers for years. This is the first printer that I've ever had stop working properly in less than one year. Called support and after almost 1 hour on the phone they let me know they couldn't...

So far, so good!

As many have reported, setup and learning curve is somewhat steep. Been happy once accomplished though and learning more and being impressed each day. Do need to follow directions and read the manual to learn the various functions. Will handle card...
