Brother MFC-9560CDW Review: Speed, Wireless, and Affordable Toner

The Brother MFC-9560CDW color laser multifunction printer is a well-rounded print/scan/copy/fax model for small workgroups. Costing just $650 (as of July 18, 2011), it offers many features and capabilities that similarly priced models don't, including...

Wireless networking ; Cheap toner

Dark scan quality

Fast output, economical toner, and Wi-Fi are the highlights of this small-office and workgroup model. Photo quality is acceptable.

Brother MFC-9560CDW

The MFC-9560CDW prints, copies, faxes, and scans. Its 35-page duplexing automatic document feeder (ADF) lets you copy, fax, or scan either one- or two-sided multipage documents. You can fax either from the printer's keypad or from your computer (PC...

Respectable speed. Solid photo and graphics quality. Duplexing ADF. WiFi connectivity

Sub-par photo quality. No slots for memory cards

The Brother MFC-9560CDW provides good printing speed as a small-office color laser MFP, and the ability to print, copy, fax, or scan two-sided documents.

2 purchased; neither works correctly; awful support

Bought 2 of these in Jan., 2011 to be the primary all-in-ones for two of our offices, one in NC, one in SC. NC one worked ok for a few months (although it badly wrinkled all envelopes, which was frustrating), then started jamming non-stop. Could not...

Printed nicely while it worked

1 never worked quite right ; 1 broke completely after a few months ; customer support has completely failed ; been without a printer for TEN DAYS now ; even when the 1 machine worked for a while, it wrinkled envelopes badly

From an IT Pro

Tech support was terrible. I called 3x's and each time I was treated as if I had zero computer knowledge despite me saying that I work in IT.

Printer and fax seem to work as advertised

Scanning!! Scanner requires "paper port" software to be installed and running on a pc to use the scan to network feature ; I could not get this to work consistently. I kept getting error message check interface cable. Rebooting the pc would resolve...

Brother this MFC is awesome.

I have owned and serviced many All in ones for my clients and I have always had great luck with Brother equipment. My last MFC 7820n has lasted me 5 years and is still running.

Speed, Quality, Ergonomics and cost

A little loud, Fax distinctive ring setup was a little irritating

Almost perfect

This printer/fax/scanner is excellent--but I didn't rate it as 5 stars only because it has just one paper tray, instead of 2 (one for legal, one for standard). The single tray does take both sizes of paper, but for some reason I imagined this to have 2...

Easy to Use, Fast, Quality, Easy to Set Up, Performance

Good product

Purchased for a small office and works great for copying, printing and scanning. Easy to setup into a networked system and Paperport 12 is great.

Solid Performer

After searching for about six months looking for a color laser printer with duplex and wireless capability, we found this gem. We have had it for 7 months now and it fully supports all of our home based business needs. We have yet to have a single...

The Very Best All-In-One

My MFC-9560CDW does it all. To me the most important feature of the MFC-9560CDW is that it is a network device. Any PC on our local area network can print, copy or FAX with it. I especially like the double-sided color copying and Faxing feature. The...
