JUNK! DO NOT BUY!
I spoke with Brother regarding the issue. In short, their warranty states refurb refurb refurb replacement. The only good thing is I purchased an extended 2 year warranty on the printer just in case. I still have the factory 1 year. I am sure I will see...
PLEASE READ THE CONS AFTER ; Offers a lot of options. Prints, scans, and faxes fast. The cordless phone is great. You can view incoming faxes and delete them without printing which makes it nice for junk fax you may get. Flip up display is nice

Terrible touch screen
Setting it up and using it wirelessly was easy and convenient. Why the touch screen on this thing won't work when just about everything has one now-a-days is beyond me.
Lots of features out of a 'normal-sized' printer
The touch screen on this printer just won't work. And no touch screen = can't set up the printer. I RMA'd my first one because the touch screen worked poorly for a couple days and then didn't work at all. Just got the second one today, no response at all...
