Brother MFC-J410W

The MFC-J410 can print, copy, scan, and fax. It can print from or scan to media cards. It can print from or scan to media cards, and scan to e-mail. It can fax either from its keypad or from your computer (PC Fax).

Budget price. Decent speed. Fax and ADF

Slightly substandard output across the board. No port for USB key

The Brother MFC-J410w multifunction printer offers fax capabilities and decent print speed for a home or micro office, for a good price.

Economical inkjet

I have owned this for close to a year. I love the cheap ink cartridges from Amazon that are only about a buck apiece. They have worked fine for me - but the colors may not be quite as good as factory. The wireless setup was a breeze for me, and I print...

Great wireless printer and the after market ink is dirt cheap!

I didn't buy this on Amazon, but I wanted to say that it is a great printer. All the features of the printer are easy to use and it hasn't given me any issues for the past year that I have owned it. The software that came with it is easy to use and...

Ink Dries Out - Useless

If you don't use the printer for several days, the ink heads dry out and need to be cleaned. If you don't clean the ink heads often, cleaning won't help and the printer is useless. In addition, the cleaning option on the menu get locked and will not...

BEST Small printer on the market, perfect for small-medium jobs

This printer has won me over to the Brother brand, after it has ran for hundreds of pages on my first ink cartridges. Small, inexpensive printers are known to make up their cost in ink, and the Brother MFC-J10w not only has comparativly cheap ink...

Don't get ripped off by Amazon!!!

I bought this printer at Office Max for $73.95 and they even threw in a ream of printer paper! Look around and get it significantly cheaper. This machine is EXCELLENT. Very quiet in operation and performs as advertised. I would highly recommend this...

if one color ink catritge runs out, the printer will refuse to print, even b&w

A very annoying feature about this printer: if one (out of four) of ink cartridges runs out of color, the printer will not print anything at all, even in black & white.. it just keeps beeping & demanding the empty cartridge to be replaced. yellow runs...

So far so good

This is the only printer I've owned that has lasted over a year. My only complain is that it is sometimes slow. It does a lot of thinking and clicking before it prints. But it is reliable and defiantly NOT for photos. I use it for text.
