Win 7-64...Look Elsewhere

Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere...unless you really don't value your time.

I did finally get it to work...after 3 hours of aggravation

Absolutely the worst driver installation experience in a long time. Despite downloading latest version from their web site ; The install was on a clean, brand new Win7-64 build so no excuse for conflicts. Totally flakey software: just unaccepable for a...

Decent printer

Really good printer for everyday home/office use.

Print quality is excellent and wireless setup was easy. Very simple to use. Separate ink cartridges for each colour

Printing with Photo Paper seems to cause paper jam

Brother MFC-J425w

It looks good on the desk, no complaints.

Competitive pricing. Wireless set-up was very easy for both my PC and Macbook Pro. The cartridges are easy to get refilled

Does not ship with a USB cable. Not a big deal

Finally somebody got it right!

This is a quality item. It does an extraordinarily good job with small print. I haven't used the FAX yet but judging from the ease of set-up so far I am confident that too will be great.

still never found a great multifunction machine...

About my fifth printer/ multifunction machine in 10 years. The others have ended up smashed to bits on the driveway. Finality! This is a +complicated machine but if I spend +time with it, it eventually does what I purchased it to do. Ink cartridges...

Good print quality.

I would have liked a separate inlet for envelopes. Running envelopes out of paper tray is a bit of a hassle. Otherwise it performs well.

Nice Printer

Surprised at how fast it prints.

Easy setup. A caveman can do it. Excellent scanning Paperport software ; Easy to set up an adhock network. An like every printer I've had from Brother, it just works

had a little bit of trouble with the password setup. It won't take just any WPA2 password
