Bought 2 of these in Jan., 2011 to be the primary all-in-ones for two of our offices, one in NC, one in SC. NC one worked ok for a few months (although it badly wrinkled all envelopes, which was frustrating), then started jamming non-stop. Could not...

Printed nicely while it worked

1 never worked quite right ; 1 broke completely after a few months ; customer support has completely failed ; been without a printer for TEN DAYS now ; even when the 1 machine worked for a while, it wrinkled envelopes badly
