Brother MFC-7860DW

The Brother MFC-7860DW can serve as a personal MFP, but its natural home is as a shared printer in a micro office.

Suitably small for personal use or for a micro office. Ethernet and WiFi. Duplexer. Single-sheet manual feed.

No paper handling upgrade options.

Brother MFC 7860DW review: Brother MFC 7860DW

Brother MFC 7860DW

Brother makes it easy to network the ; with collaborators, and its modest price tag makes sense for budget-minded shoppers.

Larger offices will feel cramped by the printer's small paper input tray and 10,000-sheet recommended output per month.

The Brother MFC-7860DW and its autodocument feeder, wireless connectivity, and simple installation make it an apt match for small businesses with moderate printing needs.

Brother MFC-7860DW

A compact mono laser multifunction with a good feature set, but can even a fast, duplex SOHO printer like this justify a £300 spend?

Quick print for class, Duplex print as standard, Wireless connection with WPS setup

Poor greyscale copying, Above average running costs, High purchase price

Brother - MFC-7860DW

Waiting for a new Brother printer to arrive is similar to waiting for a bus - nothing for ages, and then a host appear at the same time. We've already looked at one of the lower-end ...

As the only essential difference between the MFC-7860DW and the MFC-7460DN is the addition of Wi-Fi connectivity, the decision whether to pay the extra £50 ultimately depends on how vital this is for your work. BEST POINT: The arrival of Wi-Fi...

Brother Rocks

I hope it lasts as long as the MFC 7820n it's replacing did!

Affordable, Fast, Can install with out all the 'apps

You can not have wifi and wired on at the same time. I think that would only effect me with a 'work' network and home network but it was fixed with subnet limited share on my Linux server

MFC-7860DW

**Scanner will not find your computer if you have wireless and LAN enabled concurrently** I've had this for two years and it's given a fairly good performance. I would choose Brother laser printers over HP and Canon any day. I recently encountered a...

Auto duplex ; easy copying ; sheet feeder

Network problems (resolved) ; Scanner not great for photos ; Duplex printing rather slow ; Software uninstaller does not uninstall software
