Flexible printing on widely available tapes that look good on the items you label. Works with a variety of tape sizes and has all the characters and symbols you are likely to need. Although it is the low-end machine, the PT1000 does everything I want...

The self-reorganizing menus can be a bit of a pain - the machine changes the sequence of menu options depending on what you have just done but it always seems to have put the next one I want towards the end of the list!

Wastes a lot of tape either end of the word(s) you are printing. This can be adjusted but its very tricky and seems to rely on guesswork.
