The USB Cable Matters!

What would it cost Canon to include the 3 ft. USB cable? Maybe $1.00?

Great Value

Great machine for home or small office. Toner is cheap and as another person mentioned - I've tried every major printer brand and Canon exceeds them all by far. I won;t even consider buying any other brand after being burned by all the others.

Works great with high quality output whether it be copies, scanning or copping ; To the person claiming it's not Win 7 64bit OS compatible - check your installation procedure because this machine installs on every Windows I have tried ; JFD

solid for the money

The machine seems built more on a copier format with scanning and printing included. I nearly didn't buy this because of a previous review that said it was incompatible with Windows 7 64 bit--glad I ignored that review.

Installed instantly on Windows 7 64 bit. Up and running immediately after installing the drivers from the CD as per the instructions. Nice solid printer that's fast for the price range. I appreciate the energy saving feature

I wish the paper tray would close with paper installed

Great Product For the Price

I bought this printer from staples when they had a sale for $89, it was a steal for the price. I am very happy with the printing and copying speeds. has built in two sided printing and collate buttons that does all the work for you, all you need to do...

Autmatic duplex printing, automatic collate two pages into one page, fast initial print out(9 Sec), small footprint, quality material

Only Usb connection, no network, or wireless, toner is a little hard to reach/install
