It seems that people are buying these when on sale, removing the ink cartridges from the box, then reselling the printer on ee bay with out the ink.

inexpensive, good for people who have that magic touch of destroying every thing they touch, throw it out and buy a new one

too inexpensive, people won't buy it, they think something it wrong with it

I am so happy with this printer that I ordered another one while the price was still $19.99. I ordered the printer and more ink in one order. The ink arrived quickly and UPS tracking said the second printer made it to my area. The printer never arrived...

Got it for less than priced now (6/5/12), and gotta say, it's as good as my Dell printer minus the scanning ability, that was around $80.
