Canon Pixma MG5320 review: Canon Pixma MG5320

Canon Pixma MG5320

Canon's new imaging suite with HD Movie Print, automatic photo filters, Pixma Cloud Link printing, and an integrated disc labeler all make the ; more useful for amateur photographers.

The printer lacks an Ethernet port for wired networking, and with no high-yield cartridges available, consumables can get pricey.

We recommend the Canon Pixma MG5320 and its photo-friendly features for amateur photographers shopping for a do-most-of-it imaging device, but the step-up Pixma MG6120 is a better fit for multiuser offices.

Canon Pixma MG5320 Wireless Inkjet Photo All-in-One

The Canon Pixma MG5320 Wireless Inkjet Photo All-in-One provides good photo printing and a solid feature set for its price.

Good photo quality. Can print on printable optical discs and cases. Prints from a number of media sources.

No Ethernet connector. Relatively high cost per printed page. Fresh output tends to smudge.

Great Photos

Prints the best photos of any printer that I have owned or used. The amount of ink usage is not unreasonable and if refilled ink cartridges are purchased they are quite cheap. The only reason I did not give this printer 5 stars is due to the slow start...

Prints excellent photos. Ink cartridges easy to change.

Lengthy start up time.

Solid All-in-one

I needed a new scanner and this all-in-one was on sale at the time. It's performed great so far. It's mainly a scanner and the occasional photo print. I've never had trouble with it so far

I wish I could figure out how to turn off all of the LED lights. They are the brightest blue LEDs on any of my equipment. I have this on a desk in my bedroom and had to cover the lights with electrical tape so I could sleep. Not worth knocking off an...

Bad Photo Printing

Printing photos is not my primary use for this printer but its suposed to be a photo printer. Its not! If you ever want to print a picture (or anything color) AVOID this printer at all costs!

Cheap, wifi, easy to setup and use

Horable photo printing!!! I use only the highest quality settings on my "cannon" camera and using "HP Premium Plus Photo Paper Glossy". Photos are grainy with distinct horizontal lines in some parts of the picture. The quality is so low I wouldent even...

ink hog

called canon tec service and they said to set printer to gray print only will help save ink but that is not a big help because it clean the heads so often that it sucks up color ink and the price of there ink is way expensive I will keep it to print on...

prints on disk with disk tray

this thing uses more ink than any printer I have owed, the first time you print every day it takes so long to start printing I have walked up stair at my home and filled my coffie cup came back down stairs and it still has not started printing -...

Too Good To Be True

Probably a decent deal at $150, a steal at $100

For $100 ($50 off normal price), this printer has features that rival less major brand rivals costing far more, and I figured there had to be a weak point somewhere ; After using it a lot for a couple weeks, I can tell you it does everything well,...

Canon Pixma MG5320

in limited phot printing to date, the canon paper seems to work better that the ohers I have tried.

This is a terrific unit. needed a wireless printer for multiple home users - this fits the bill perfectly. Replaced an earlier Pixma and this has better photo printing - really good (I have a Pixma Pro-9500 II - so it is not quite good but very close...
