Good

Great value for money. I have got a lot of good use out of this unit and am happy I bought it. Technology might have progressed by now so I would look around.

I have found it to be very reliable. I have had the thing for years and only replaced the toner once. Iwish it would break so that I could justify a new printer, but it just keeps going.

The paper tray sticking out the back is a bit awkward. The plastic top cover has now broken so when pages come out they go everwhere.

Excellent

Maybe it's luck, but I have had this for over a year now and now a single paper jam. Still on the original toner, and its used almost every day. I love it. It only cost me $129 brand new on sale, and is the best value for money printer I have ever owned.

Low running cost, low purchase cost, reliable

A lot of other people say it jams

We bought this for envelope address printing and it's done the job in it's initial run. If we can get a few more newsletter productions (usually around 800-1,000 envelopes) printed with this machine, we'll be extremely happy. Another bonus was that...

This is a great envelope address printer. The price was right and after printing out 941 addresses for the mailhouse newsletter we do for our local club, we were ecstatic that we no longer had to separate and stick the address labels on the envelopes....

It's very hard for us to put any cons in at this point as the machine has lived up to our expectations at this point (It's a new ball game here). The only real 'Con' for us was that during the process, the heat from the fuser sent off a small amount of...

This has been one of the best things my boss has done regarding our computer system at work. Printing time is cut by more than half and the unit has more than paid for itself. All users are extremely happy with this machine. We bought this for around...

Excellent value for money! Bought this for work in February '05 and still have not had to change toner cartridge. With our old bubble jet we would go through a black cartridge every 2 weeks! Easy to use.

If paper gets jammed can be annoying but has only happened when someone didn't load the paper properly! Unit itself is fairly big.
