Canon Pixma iP1600

With a price that's hardly more than the cost of the ink by itself, Canon is virtually giving the Pixma iP1600 away.

Reasonably high-quality output. Surprisingly fast for the price. Claimed 100-year lifetime for photos in dark storage with the new generation of Canon ink and paper.

No output tray. Comes without USB cable.

This simple, inexpensive, and compact home printer is adequate for everyday printing tasks, but its print quality could be better.

Inexpensive, Fast printing speed

Poor text quality, low quality colour printing

Gets the job done, but not recommended

This is a cheap little budget printer. It works fine and is sufficient for general printing. I wouldn't recommend it for quality printing or photos, though. Also, for some bizarre reason, it doesn't have a tray for printed pages. When you print...

Reliable

No output tray, in doesn't last for occasional printing
