It took me three days to have it printer. I tried every suggestion. My mac kept saying not toner or paper and it would send the file to print and nothing would print. I was ready to send it back when i decided to take the toner out of the printer one...

FYI: You need the UK firmware if you have OS X Mavericks. Google is your best friend. The printer is a pretty good bargain. Looks aesthetically pleasing. It's compact and doesn't take much room. It's quiet. Overall good quality.

I noted that another reviewer said it would not work with his MAC. This was not my experience at all. I downloaded the drivers and it was all plug and play. I use an early 2008 MacBook. This has been a good printer. Inexpensive black and white...
