We've had this for about three months. It just took 19 minutes to print a 12 page Word document that was just text. It has always been this slow.

Wonderful little machine - not much larger than my inkjet all-in-one machines. Beautiful colors. Cost 1/3 less than injet machines I purchased in the past...and very quiet.
