Canon Pixma MX432 Review: Basic MFP, Pricey Black Ink

If your printing and scanning needs are light, the $100 Canon Pixma MX432 color inkjet multifunction printer will likely fill your needs. Though the unit lacks an automatic duplexer, it provides a single-sided automatic document feeder, and the price...

Fast for its class ; Nice text output

Pricey black ink ; No manual duplexing support for the Mac

This is a good basic multifunction printer for PC users, but the black ink is pricey and there's no duplexing support for the Mac.

Canon Pixma MX432 Review and Ratings

This entry-level multifunction inkjet performs all of its functions well, if a bit sluggishly. It lacks automatic duplexing and several key features, and the cost per page is high, making it best for light-duty environments.

Aggressive price for an inkjet all-in-one ; Good-looking output (including copies and scans) ; Easy to set up and use

Somewhat sluggish ; High cost per page ; No automatic duplexing ; No memory-card support ; No printing from mobile devices

This machine is a piece of $@!%

This printer was made for bargain buyers at convenient stores and it doesn't even do a decent job of being useless; I couldn't use it as a doorstop, a paperweight, and I probably couldn't even injure a bugler with it if had to. This was made to be...

Could possibly be the first printer to think for itself, it certainly chose when to print on it's own

Inexpensive All in One

The instructions for wireless set up are lacking and are really frustrating. I'm still not sure what I finally did to get it to work. Once set up, it's easy to use and hasn't disappointed. Good print quality.

Great printer

This is our third Canon printer in 9 years and we highly recommend this printer as it has air print and you can print from your pc, iPad as well as iPhone. Quality or print is very good and coping is very easy.
