Canon Pixma IP1600 Printer

Priced at just $50, the Canon Pixma iP1600 will appeal to anyone on a tight budget. It comes in a neat little package and is simple to use, but this no-frills printer sacrifices several features we'd expect to see even in a low-cost inkjets. Most...

Prints text quickly. Glossy photos looked attractive, though colors looked slightly undersaturated.

Canon Pixma iP1600

Technology: Ink Jet, Potential Use: All-purpose

Reasonably high-quality output. Surprisingly fast for the price. Claimed 100-year lifetime for photos in dark storage with the new generation of Canon ink and paper.

No output tray. Comes without USB cable.

The Canon Pixma iP1600 offers impressively fast, high-quality output for the price, particularly for photos. Even better, Canon claims a 100-year lifetime for photos in dark storagesuch as those kept in plastic sleeves in an albumwith its new

Canon Pixma iP1600 Photo Printer

At 9.8 by 17.1 by 6.5 inches (HWD), the iP1600 will fit just about anywhere. But it lacks an output tray, so unless you want pages to fall to the floor, you have to keep it far back from the edge of your desk. You also have to keep the space in front...

Inexpensive, Fast printing speed

Poor text quality, low quality colour printing

This simple, inexpensive, and compact home printer is adequate for everyday printing tasks, but its print quality could be better.

Canon Pixma iP1600

Together with the iP2200, the iP1600 makes up Canon's entry level for colour inkjet rinting.

Bottom line The iP1600 is an affordable (before you get to replacing the consumables, that is) workhorse that will churn out the prints.

Canon PG 40 (0615B002) Black Ink Tank For PIXMA iP1600

It's cheaper, 9 out of 10 times, to just buy a new printer than buy the ink replacement cartridges.

Canon makes a great printer. They are cheap and easy too use with great results

Ink always costs too much. However, thats the problem with all inkjet printers

IT WORKS

Dont print out to many photos. Buy a Kodak printer. Their ink is very cheap I wish i got one. My sister has one and changes hers twice a year and has twice as much ink in it.

Well they are for my MP210 printer. Installiation is very easy

ITS TO MUCH MONEY!!! It doesnt have that much ink in it eather. I change these about every three months

shipping could always be faster and cheaper to make it more lucrative to buy online over just going to the store and just buy it for the same price there
