Canon Canon Pixma iP2600

You find few true bargains among low-cost color inkjets--such products always involve trade-offs. But Canon's Pixma iP2600 color inkjet printer has the goods where it counts, producing surprisingly decent print quality, even on plain paper. As a...

Very inexpensive ; Impressive text and photo quality

Minimal features ; Mediocre to slow print speeds

Home and student users should love the prints and the price, but they'll need a little patience.

Canon Pixma iP2600

The Pixma iP2600 is Canon's inkjet photo printer for users on a budget. The retail price is $49.99, replacing the Pixma iP1800 as its entry-level, straightforward printer with limited features. As expected in a baseline product, the iP2600 lacks a...

Sleek design folds up for unobtrusive storage; portrait prints display evenly balanced colors; lines of text look sharp; low price for print quality.

Lacks PictBridge port and memory card slot; brighter colors had a slightly gray cast; USB cord not included; exterior is a magnet for fingerprints.

The Canon Pixma iP2600 is an excellent option for buyers looking to print their personal photos and text documents. We wish it had external ports for direct image uploading (although we're not surprised it doesn't), but you'll be more than satisfied...

Canon Pixma IP2600

The Canon iP2600 is cheap, but you get what you pay for; blues, reds and greens turned into pastel shades.

The Canon iP2600 is cheap, but you get what you pay for; blues, reds and greens turned into pastel shades and it did a poor job of duplicating skin tones, often turning them into shades of yellow. However, for a very affordable $49.99, the Canon iP2600...

Canon Pixma iP2600 Inkjet Printer Review

Though it's light on features, the Canon Pixma iP2600 offers surprisingly good image quality and performance for an entry-level inkjet printer.

Inexpensive; accurate color reproduction; easy-to-use

No built-in networking or memory-card reader; 90-day warranty

Double your display real estate by adding a second monitor. It's a snap: Here's how

"Not for office use"

Only good for those who rarely print.

Inexpensive to buy

NOISY, when used in office, can't handle the load and finally loses ability to print - pages jam, crumple and can only be sheet fed. Cartridges will quickly cost more than printer is worth.

a big fat booooo

What a big waste of money!! I'm tossing it and its almost brand new!! I'd have been better off going w/ a different model or even a different brand completely!!

It was cheap.....(but then you realize you get what you pay for!)

I bought this printer expecting great things. Well....not soo much. More often than not it won't feed the paper to start the printing. I adjust and readjust the paper to no avail, nothing seems to help
