The Canon Pixma iP3500 inkjet printer is ambitious, squeezing a lot of printer functionality into an inexpensive package. While it falls short in some ways, it's still a great value.

Fast; low-priced; crisp, black text ; Has a second input tray

Crowded design; inscrutable buttons ; Fleshtones tend to be yellowish

The Pixma iP3500 offers impressive speed, very good output, and useful features for a low price.

Canon's mid-range iP3500 has some useful extras, including a PictBridge port to print direct from compatible cameras and the ability to print onto printable CDs.

Middle of the road, but above average. Good for documents; photos could be better.

Heck of a printer

 

Newegg, as always, was very prompt with processing and shipping. This unit has the price tag of an economy printer, but the performance of a professional photo lab printer. Noticeable difference between standard and high quality.

High quality color photo print, super fast even at highest print quality setting, and a bigger black ink tank and three seperate color ink tanks instead of the infamous tri-color cartridges. Ink dries very fast and despite printing off numerous photos...

Um, I didn't get this sooner? Ok maybe it is a hair noisy while printing, but it's not exactly like I'm trying to sleep while submitting print jobs
