Canon PIXMA MG3550

Canon's PIXMA MG3550 is an all-in-one for the price-conscious. Print, scan and copy are supported, but some niceties, like an LCD display, are missing.

Easy paper loading ; Good software bundle ; Easy print from smartphone

No LCD or LED display ; Large footprint when running ; Tri-colour cartridge can increase waste

Canon's software bundle is good for a budget machine and includes the company's desktop pop-up, to display images and show printer driver and printing statistics. Since it installs automatically, though, it's a good job you can remove it, if it irritates.

Canon PIXMA MG3550 wireless all-in-one colour inkjet printer

jNeeds a simplified on screen instruction book Re ... Size / font type / colour of finished article . Try fo imagine that the user knows nothing about computers or IT ( which is often the case) Supply English only instructions for the UK.

Easy to set up, easy to use

Same problem with previous canon printer emerging, i.e. after clicking 'print' on computer, printing does not always happen, and therefore I have to press the print button on the printer, which itself does not always then work!
