The Canon PIXMA MG5250 is an inkjet printer that also scans, copies, prints directly from memory cards or USB sticks, and wirelessly connects to your ...

Good print quality in High quality mode, easy to use with on-screen prompts via 2.4in LCD, cheap monochrome document printing

Not the fastest document or photo printer, set up takes a while

The Canon PIXMA MG5250 is an all-in-one printer that manages to fit in almost everything a home user could want. A reasonable asking price makes it a good purchase, and ongoing costs are fine as long as you aren't printing large volumes of documents or...

Canon PIXMA MG5250 inkjet All-in-One

A pepped-up sibling for the PIXMA MG5150, this machine includes worthwhile improvements in several areas.

Drivers for Windows and OS X are provided on CD, though there's no specific support for Linux. An above-average application bundle includes OCR and PDF file creation, Easy-PhotoPrint EX for photo manipulation and Canon's new Full HD Movie Print, though...

Canon PIXMA MG5250 review

The Canon PIXMA MG5250 inkjet multifunction is easy to set up, although the process does take some time if you're not familiar with it. You'll need to unbox the printer and remove all its protective padding and wrapping, and then install the print head...

If the black ink yield can be believed, the Canon PIXMA MG5250 is a relatively cheap printer to run. It's a strong performer in almost all other areas as well, making its £149 asking price more than reasonable.

Canon Pixma MG5250 review

Recent years have seen Canon's Pixma machines become the byword for inkjet quality, so we were intrigued to see if the new MG5250 could continue with this trend. It's certainly a good-looking printer. As with the majority of Pixma products, it's clad...

A good all-rounder, but rival printers are better options if you favour high quality or speed over other attributes.

Canon's MG 5250 Versatile SOHO MFD : Canon Pixma MG5250 Multi-Function Printer

For many people the single function inkjet printer is giving way to the multi-function machine that, as well as printing, copies and scans. The Canon MG 5250 is the latest such device and is targeted at those who want a SoHo (small office/home office)...

Overall, the MG5250 is a versatile MFD that produces good results and is convenient and easy to use and provides a range of facilities in a reasonably sized package. Although it has a SRP of £149, it can be found on Amazon for less than £100 which...

Canon - PIXMA MG5250

The UK VAT rate, as we all know, has risen to 20 per cent - and that has made all of us much more cautious when buying electrical goods. However, one area that seems to be ...

If you're happy to pay the extra £30 or so, the PIXMA MG5250 improves on its cheaper sibling by adding wireless connectivity and direct-from-disk printing, while also speeding up the printing process - photo quality is excellent but black text...

Review Canon Pixma MG6150

Handig is...

Canon Pixma MG5250 Wireless Multifunction Inkjet Printer

This has replaced my HP d540, which was a result of using non genuine inks, what a lesson to learn never again. I struggled to find another printer in the Canon's price range that prints dvd and offers wifi. Having received the printer i was...

Great looking printer, lots of versitility, great price

wifi took some sorting, and the cartridge for the dvd printing is flimsy

Great Printer

Smart, reasonably compact and neat, streamlined when not in use. Good wi-fi functionality although you need to read instructions carefully. I bought a similar machine from a competitor and had to return it. This is in another league.. would definitely...

Excellent Photographs

The machine was easy to set up and performs very well. Scanning from old photos produces copies of excellent quality. Print set up can be quite lengthy, so if only printing singles this can take a couple of minutes.
