Canon PIXMA MX535

An all-in-one inkjet printer with duplex print and fax facilities

Easy paper loading ; ADF and fax as standard ; Easy print from smartphone

No print from USB ; Large footprint when running ; Very noisy when printing

The supplied software provides for scanning and printing and there are also Canon utilities for printing to the machine remotely from the Cloud and to print from iOS and Android devices. The PIXMA MX535 has a single USB connection at the rear, but also...

Canon Pixma MX535 review

There were times with the MX535 when its many features threatened to overpower it, such are the number of trays and other features. However, Canon's tried-and-trusted design manages to keep everything on just about the right side, and the hefty yet...

Canon's MFD are ever-reliable, and the MX535 is very much a device that aims at excellence in all of its facilities, rather than merely concentrating on the printing. The latter isn't bad, though, and businesses and home offices alike should find it a...

Canon Pixma MX535 review

  (Rating Hidden)

The Canon Pixma MX535 is an all-in-one printer, offering plenty of connectivity options to print from a range of wireless devices. It includes print, copy, fax and scan functions, and produces great-quality colour scans. But how well - and quickly -...

Canon Pixma MX535

A four in one unit as it has fax as well as printing, scanning and copying ability. This is quite a sleek unit but as its black it is unlikely to pass the lounge police so having Wi-Fi as well as USB could be a benefit as it could sit behind the sofa.

The Canon Pixma MX535 measures 43x44x18cm with paper in the drop down input tray. For those wanting to print the odd page you have to remember to open the paper output tray at print time or you get an annoying message to remind you to do so. This would...

Inflexible

  (Rating Hidden)

I find it very inflexible. If you have an unusual sized envelope, it refuses to print it. I also didn't realise what a problem would be caused by not having a rear paper feed. It will print a full sheet of labels, but if any labels have been removed,...

I've been using this printer for a few months now for occasional printing and it's ink usage is fine. I found it for less than £50. It is not difficult to set up, except for getting scanned documents from document feed onto computer, which I haven't...

Wifi Set Up

Setting up this printer with a TalkTalk D Link router has been a huge pain. Trawling through the TalkTalk community boards this is clearly an endemic issue which is ridiculous for 2 leading companies.I could set up the printer with a usb connection but...

Print heads in cartridge

  (Rating Hidden)

Which? should state whether the print head is installed in the printer or included in the ink cartridge. With the MX535, the heads are in the ink cartridge, which means if the head gets totally blocked you just buy a new ink cartridge. Further, the...
