Reasonably fast. Low initial price and reasonably low cost per photo. Photos are water and scratch resistant

Photos show slight soft-focus effect. Lines on an angle (as with spokes on a bicycle wheel) can print with jagged edges

Although the Canon Selphy CP780 Compact Photo Printer is a step below the top tier of dedicated photo printers for photo quality, it's good enough for most casual photographers.

Postcard printers haven't quite died out yet

Good enhancement features ; Great build quality

Image quality isn't that good ; Quite expensive

Highlights were frequently washed out and overall print quality wasn't a match for all but one of the inkjets on test. The CP780 seems more like an expensive toy

Producing your own 6x4 prints, mini cards and photo stickers can be fun, if you are prepared to pay extra for it and do all the work.
