A scanner without a document feeder, an awkward paper tray, clunky software ..... will have to replace, cannot waste time pasting documents together into PDFs - a very poor buy superseded by so many other better models years ago

I'd previously owned an Epson which, despite loving to drink the ink, was a good printer. However, it decided, after 6 years, it was due a service and promptly stopped working! It seemed wrong to scrap it as only a few minutes earlier it was fine....

Very satisfied with this product, it arrived promptly and in perfect condition. The only criticism I have is that I would like to have been told that I needed a cable to connect to the computer.

A very quiet, excellent printer and photocopier at a very reasonable price, ideal for home use. Ink cartridge refills are also a sensible price. Delivery from Amazon excellent as usual.
