Good quality prints

Will not print letters from the manual tray,come out blank. Went to Brother Chat Support. I was told that the problem is a Microsoft problem and was abruptly disconnected

I bought this printer at a discount for a good price at the beginning of the year and overall it works very well

I was very disappointed that the toner cartridge does not live up to the promised yield (supposedly 1,500 pages but I've only printed 580 to date and the low toner warning is already showing)

Prints fast ; Easy to use ; Can scan several pages and put them all in a single PDF file ; Easy access single page feed at the front ; I purchased one and let my friend use it and he got one the very next day

No fax, but who uses a fax machine fax any more if you have a scanner and e-mail ; Wish it was wireless and/or network capeable

The scanning tray will hold up to 20 pages, which is more than I ever need, but, best of all, you can have your file converted directly into a PDF file for easy emailing. The OCR (optical character recognition) is also very useful for existing docs

It only scans letter size, not legal size, and there's no faxing capability. However, pair this with a service like myfax.com and you're good to go

copies well. prints well and scans even better. I dumped my HP Deskjet and could not be happier

The only con is that I should have done it earlier
