the 1720dn seems to have rectified all the woes except the rubber paper drive wheels drying out and causeing paper jams. The 2 rubber bands will become coated with a white residue from the paper over time and loose their grabbing ability, hence the...

these pieces of junk are now piled up worthlessly in our storage area for disposal. Stick to HP's, their 1200 and 1300 series run circles around these things. Take it from an IT guy who has had to deal with these compared to HP models. If you go one...

they provide no feedback, have no easy setup configuration buttons or routines for network setup, toners are only available through Dell, overpriced and 5 of 10 have constant jamming
