wifi goes into sleep mode, No tech support answer

 

I have been working with Dell for 3 months trying to solve this problem but the printer will go into sleep mode and my pc cannot find it. I have to turn it off then back on to print anything. Dell tech support cannot solve the issue. Worse they will...
