overclocking must have!

Buy them! you'll need 2 packs to get your entire Motherboard if your running a standard ATX

I have a mid range Asus MoBo and an AMD 1090t, before buying these I couldn't overclock past 3.7 GHz but after putting these onto the MOSFETs I'm running at 4.1GHz at 1.42 vcore. They also dropped my motherboard temps by a few C

definitaly wont hurt

Way way more area for cooling, other companies sell same quality of copper heat sinks for 2-3x price.

Easy to install, personally a must upgrade. Much better then nothing, id look at any heat sink as an investment to make your computer last longer and can reuse them

Great heatsinks, smaller than i expected

These are great little heatsinks. I have attached them to the voltage regulators on my motherboard and have seen a tiny improvement in system stability, probably because of the decreased thermal load

pure copper ; very high quality thermal pads

a tad on the expensive side for what you get

i love em

i put them on a ep45ud3p they do acually work i just got some more for my x58aud3r now their out of stock sorry guy's

very cool if your a cooling adict pretty heavy

exspensive got my first set for 10.99 now their 14.99 20 of them would make it totally worth it

shame on newegg

stop with the camping cooking and other stuff your carrying we want computer gear selection and we want it now. the number of cases and cpu coolers has fallen and it is discouraging your customer base. I may have to turn to the big a dot com for...

shiny copper sure to keep the mofsets cool ; its a shame it looks like no one will be able to buy this cool item from new egg

quote ; Deactivated. This item is currently out of stock ; and it may or may not be restocked ; seems as if newegg is going to abandon the computer crowd they are expanding the non computer items at the expense of the modders over clockers and system...

If you're looking at this...

Mentioned in other reviews but you'll probably need two packs to finish off your mobo. I have a M4A88T-I and I bought two packs - I finished it off with one heatsink to spare.

You know why. You're OCing and you want to protect your MOSFETs. Copper? Check. Thermal tape? Check. Extra thermal tape? Check

Works. Good

Work REAL well...

I chose to cover all 20 just behind the cpu. 10 mosfets with 3 leads, and 10 controllers (smaller with four leads) and it makes a noticeable stability difference on a Asus M4A785-M.

An overclocking MUST HAVE. Don't learn the hard way. Best solution for boards that don't have a mosfet HS. Tape works well if you do the right prep job and take your time. Newegg as always is the best on delivery, got mine from Cali to Mi one day early...

Consumer review by:

They Work Great!

If your motherboard doesn't have any mosfet cooling and you overclock, i suggest you get these.

Cool Your Hot Mosfets When Overclocking

You might need 2 packs

Consumer review by:

worth the money

these are worth the money for any mobo that doesn't have a built in mosfet cooler

installed these on the mosfets on my old gaming machine and saw an immediate improvement in system stability when overclocking

Consumer review by:

not bad

just because i bought them they should give me an extra set

100%copper fits in tight areas look pretty cool installed on my ep45ud3p my board temp whent from 20c to 19c now a wow drop but considering the size ver good drop

needs at least 15 in a pack pretty exspensive but a cool mobo mod simple and effective
