Broke after warranty, and low use - 100 prints

I only printed 50-100 sheets of paper in past 2 years, and now it doesn't work. My previous Epson printer worked for 5 years. I was happy with it, which is why I bought this one. I have lost faith in this product and don't plan to buy another Epson.

Quiet, smooth, good scans. Print quality good. Good customer support. Gave me ink refills when I told them of inaccurate "out of ink" messages. Customer service offered me $40.00 towards buying new printer

Paper feeder stopped working. Tech support could not fix over phone. Also stopped working when ink supply was low. Message said ink is empty when it isn't

Excellent value, allows use of low cost substitute ink cartridges

When shopping for an all-in-one this time I decided to put the greatest emphasis on ink costs, and specifically the ability to use inexpensive substitute cartridges sold online, eg ebay. With little effort I found I could buy 8 cartridges (2 ea...

Great output with substitute ink cartridges- $3 each on line

Draft mode is a little faint

There Are Much Better Printers Out There

I was looking for an affordable all-in-one machine when I bought this unit. I was initially impressed with their Durabrite ink that was supposed to resist water and last a lot longer than other ink. Photo print quality was not real impressive, but...

Decent print quality; decent scanner

SLOW; ink cartridges dry up quickly and don't last long

Good All-in-One for a Student

This is my first all is one and has been great, the print quality is great, as is the speed. When I'm late for a class it doesn't take long to get that term paper printed out in a couple of minutes. That is providing the paper feed is working well,...

Fast printing, scanning and copying

Issues with paper feed, no double sided printing

So long Canon, Hello Epson!

I handed down my beloved Canon i475d to me son because I needed scanning capabilites and Canon just didn't have a model that could compete with the Epson. I decided I could live without a memory card reader since I can get an add-on reader fairly cheap...

Smooth design, easy scanning, pc-free features, price

Pict-Bridge port is biased, no memory card slots
