Epson Artisan 800

The Epson Artisan 800 delivers high-quality photos and lots of features aimed at a home and home office.

Fast. High-quality photos. Prints and scans over network. Prints on discs. Ethernet and Wi-Fi. Standalone fax and copier.

Subpar text quality. Low paper capacity.

Epson Artisan 800 review: Epson Artisan 800

Epson Artisan 800

Prints high-quality color photos and documents; industry topping output speed; small footprint; integrated CD drive for custom prints.

Extremely buggy software constantly disrupts work flow; flimsy plastic output tray; delicate input tray prone to paper jams.

The Epson Artisan 800 produces impressive color prints, photos, and text documents, and it outpaces the competition in almost all of our speed tests. We're impressed by its performance, but hesitate to recommend this printer based on the poor build...

Epson Artisan 800 review

The Epson Artisan 800 makes perfect sense for those looking primarily for a photo printer, copier and scanner. Its plain paper print quality isn’t great, but absolutely fine for personal and casual use, and its fully functioning fax machine and...

Worst Printer ever Owned

If all you care about are aesthetics and appearance and interface, this printer is wonderful: The black piano finish with brushed aluminum band around the perimeter with the wide orange touch screen and the blue LED light under the front are amazing...

Black "Piano" Casing with Wide Orange Touch Screen and Blue LED

Quality is the worst. Top feeder broken day 1, never worked again. Print quality awful. Ink is a scam... lasts one month. $100.00 for a pack!

"Good printer until Epson says its time is up."

Had this printer for a few years. Photo print was ok, not great. Everything else was good. I bought this printer mainly because it could print onto DVD discs. Then one day I get an error saying the printer has reached its end of life. That is it I...

"Garbage. constant jams, difficult to use, eats ink"

absolutely not ever worth the time or money. this printer makes me feel like i'm in office space. i'm about to dig my other printer out of the pits of my closet even though it's from 2002.

prints decent pictures on the right paper if you have all full ink cartridges.

eats ink like crazy-so expensive to replace. paper jams, problems that appear out of nowhere and doesn't tell you how to even remotely fix them, start up time is like an hour to warm up. scan is crap. no idea how to print on anything but paper. cheap
