I really like the tx550w. It is simply the best printer I've owned, First point .. it's an inkjet. There is a good reason new ink cartridges arrive in sealed bags, they can and do dry out. You simply must replace ink jet cartridges more frequently than...

It works very well and cost like $150

Doesn't remember multiple WiFi networks. Slow to do all the self checks and priming after an ink change. A bit more info on the menu screen esp. how to end a task would be good.

Bought this device in March 2010. Started having difficulty with it a month after. We're now November 2010 and the scanner isn't working. Overall not happy with the printer's performance and unreliability. Also not happy with after sales service.
