The Epson PictureMate Charm PM 225 is not as versatile as other snapshot-printer contenders, but it functions well at what it does. It's also cheap to buy and refill, which is a trade-off worth considering.

I couldn't fit all the Pros above. Here are the rest: cheaper (and better) than most of the competitors, (optional) long -lasting battery pack, (optional) nice carrying case by Epson made for the PictureMate printers Bottom-line: I'm super impressed...

amazing print quality, cheap replacement cartridges, LCD preview screen, small size, pretty fast printing times, can print with memory cards or from computer, can print wallet sizes and proof sheets, printing is surprisingly quiet

I have the PM 240, which is an older version of the PictureMate, but it has all the same components. It worked great for about a year, but over time the nozzles started clogging, until it finally stopped printing anything.

The quality of prints is superb regardless whether you print directly from the memory card inserted into the printer or from the computer. It is very compact. The ink cartridge lasts really long, making the cost per print lower than at discount stores....
