i've read bout d problem of it not recognizing its own genuine cartriges, bt can nething be done bout it?? help! i bought a new magenta and yellow cartrige and dey r not recognized.......HELP

I just replaced the black ink cartridge and only realised that I need to replace the other 2 colour cartridge before I can print my stuff in black ink!
