the paper collecting platform is not robust enough, can be easy broken, not in keeping with the rest of the machine

Excellent all in one printer, Very frendly to use and great duble side printing facelity also amazing direct printing on CD.

I did not experiance any bad points at the moment.

Extremely easy to set and use. Good quality prints on both glossy and plain paper.

Difficulty in picking up A4 photo paper, may be just the type I used I will have to try other weights and manufacturers.
