The quality of prints is very good, but from my past Epson printers I was expecting much larger ink reservoirs. Printer size footprint fit my need. Only surprise issue is the process to manually answer a fax call. You have to physically answer the call...

I've had mine for 14 months and it starting having problems with the paper feed. I never had a printer break after 14 months. The best part of this printer is the economical ink usage. I was disappointed with the photo quality printing, but every other...

Easy and quick to set up right out of the box. Software and wireless features installed seamlessly. I use this all-in-one printer hard connected to an HP laptop, and wireless to our iPad2, iPhone4, and iPhone5. No problems at all with printing, great...

Great value for the product

I have only had this printer for a week or so, but it seems to be working great and fulfilling all my expectations. Set up was a breeze and operating it is simple. The price is excellent for what you get in this All-in-One printer. I am impressed so far!

Great all in one printer

Excellent quality of print and fast printing. I didn't give it 5 stars as the paper tends to jam if not loaded perfectly and the rear feeder is virtually useless as it can't be left loaded while copying..

Good Value, Easy to Use, Fast, Quality, Easy to Set Up

Jams Easily

I'm Happy

I didn't want an "all-in-one" unit because of the large size and footprint it would have in my small home office space. However, this was a good price. I now have 3 different computers in the house vying for print jobs. Wifi was the way to go. I...

Buggy Printer - Returning

Tray 1 is always the default tray even though it is where you load special size paper (e.g. envelopes, photo paper, etc.). There is no ability to change this at the printer level. You can change this at each computer, although the standard print...
