Canon Pixma MP540

It is mainly silver but sad to say still unlikely to pass the lounge police, this is a neat and tidy All In One unit and little bigger than a standalone printer. It features the recently introduced idea of a built in tray underneath for documents and ...

The software is good and easy to use making what you want to do easy to do

Lexmark X4875

Lexmark has added wireless connectivity to the normal print, scan and copy aspects of a multi-function device.

Switching to a full A4 colour image print took 49 seconds using normal mode on standard copy paper.  The same image took 3 minutes 3 seconds for photo mode on glossy photographic paper.  A full A4 colour photocopy took 13 seconds to produce a slightly ...

Canon PIXMA iP3600

I find it surprising that it is 11 months since I have reviewed an ink jet printer, by that I mean a printer as opposed to an all in one or a multi function unit. Unlike most inkjets it has two proper trays so you have far more control from the ...

The power lead on the left back and the USB recessed on the right back edge do not protrude so no extra space is required behind the unit. The right front edge has two buttons on/off and resume and below this a Pict Bridge socket so you can print ...

Epson SX600

Review : Epson SX600 FW

By paul_smart

This is a multi function machine (includes fax) that can be connected via USB or wirelessly. My own opinion is that very few still use fax but as these machines (with fax) are still produced I must by wrong.

I used this as a USB printer but as well as the Ethernet mentioned it is also a Wi-Fi printer so if you still have a need for fax this unit ticks all the boxes. I just doubt the need for fax today

Canon Selphy ES30

A 15x10cm (post card) sized printer, however instead of the normal box shape this is rather like a radio or cassette player as it has a built in handle and is a very thin shape the card (printing stock) handling is unique.

Doing my Internet searches found the Canon Selphy ES30 at a best price of £118.59 including shipping from the first link below

Canon Pixma MX700

Whereas Canon uses the i-SENSYS brand name for its laser multifunction devices, when the all-in-one device makes use of inkjet technology then the brand name changes to PIXMA.

Canon has priced the PIXMA MX700 at £179. Replacements cartridges cost £11.99 for black and £9.99 each for the cyan, magenta and yellow cartridges used by this device

Polaroid PoGo

It is small, pocket-size and can deliver printed images of your digital photos almost as soon as they are captured.

Back in the early 1960s, before personal computers were not even a twinkle in the eye of manufacturers, mention Polaroid and you thoughts would probably turn to an instant camera that could capture and then produce a print of your image.  Since then ...

Canon I-SENSYS LBP3360

While colour does give documents eye-catching appeal and helps emphasize points of importance; not all documents require this feature.

The printer can be set to automatically drop into sleep mode when no activity is detected.  Waking from this sleep mode took 13 seconds which should not cause too much of an inconvenience.  Currently this printer has been priced at £233.22 which does ...

Polaroid PoGo

I first saw a pre production unit of this tiny printer at the start of the year, I got a working unit around a month or so ago, here just in time for the Christmas party season is my review.

However to make the image a sensible size it needs the facility to print it four images to a sheet, here it fails as it cannot do this. The sheets that it prints on have a sticky backing sheet so ideal to adhere to anything. Printing four copies may ...
