Great looking, feature-laden phone but suffers from engineering flaws and horrendous customer service.

 

Great looking, high quality look and feel. Great back-lit display that's easy to read.

Design flaws/defects, esp. with call waiting feature which cuts off conversation. Terrible customer service.

This is the first time I've ever taken the time to review anything on Epinions or on any other internet forum, but I feel compelled to do so because this phone's flaws are quite serious. And one of them drives me crazy! I'm hoping someone from GE will...

I've been out of the phone market for quite a long time with regard to a home office phone. The last one I bought was roughly in 1985 and that phone is still working flawlessly (a DuoFone from RadioShack) but of course, lacks all the current features I...
