Overall a great buy. I am completely satisfied with the print quality.

Dont like the fact that the drums are exposed as you open the front panel.

Industry standard for black printing is 5% coverage which equals a 3 paragraph business letter. Formula is 2000 pages at 5% costs close to 2 cents per page. Do a full text page at 10% coverage cuts your page count to 1000 pages,and doubles your cost....

Low cost entry level printer. Print quality good on plain paper. Small footprint.

Starter toner only half full = 1000 page at 5% coverage. Prone to backgrounding from black toner. Only does half calibration, leads to print quality problems particularly black. Biggest problem is toner out can activate after using as little 20% of...

Quality prints no problems so far.

The machine is rather large, but this has to be accepted with the size of cartridges.

This is a great laser printer and the quality of printing is of a vry high standard, the price is great for a colopur laserjet, but unfortunatley the price of the toners are a bit expensive, but on the upside if you don't use it all the time you can...

I needed a good quality printer with a name I could trust and so for not even a hicup. the printer connected to my vista computer straight away (there has been an issue updating the software but not to its detremant). When I need to use it it is ready...

The only two bad things I can think of at the moment are its footprint as it takes as much room as a 17" moniter (the old type that is) and the cost of repacing the four cartridges
