Waste of time and money

Attempts to run a calibration print (and asks to scan it then) literally once a day. It is really inconvenient, especially when you need to print something quickly. My personal conclusion: waste of time and money.

Inexpensive. Good printing quality. Wireless.

Quality turned ugly after 2 days - white lines over the pictures. Cleaning wasted the rest of cartridges. Price for a set of cartridges is almost equal to price of the printer itself.

Nice Printer, poor support

None

Nice printer, easy setup, prints well, nice for occasional use

Extremely poor support from HP, don't think they know their own products

Great printer

I bought this as a gift for my parents, they love the wireless aspect of it. They can stick the printer anywhere in the house without worrying about cables sticking out everywhere. It has all the standard features of a multi-purpose printer, plus it...

Fast, quality printing. Ink cartridges are inexpensive, which means it's cheaper to maintain in the long run.

Can only use HP branded single use ink cartridges.

Can't Load Paper Correctly

Cheap, fast, wireless

Not too long after I got it, it started having issues with the paper loading and the plastic piece in back that holds the paper up broke it no time. So I would say that even though I put cheap in the pros it's also a bad part of this printer since it's...

Has a good look

Even though it does do a good job of printing and when it prints it is somewhat quiet. But when it scans it sounds like a moaning chain saw. But it does have wireless operation.

Looks good. Good price. Does a decent job printing. Worked at first try. Has a sleep mode.

I got the thing set up. Have to say this is about the cheapest made machine I have owned. Very light weight. Made all in China. Noisey when it boots up.

Exceeds My Needs

HP ePrint world wide wifi wireless printing.. free apps from HP to wirelessly print directly from a smartphone or pad.. One day free shipping.. than again I only live a day away

Direct Print Wifi creates a Standalone wireless print hub.. Connect to wireless LAN router using included software.. Bonjour mDNS enabled + CD and USB cable included..

Manual Duplex printing.. ink price.. Typical HP adware/malware bundled on CD... I don't want Bing Bar!!! etc.. Save system resources and internet band width by doing a Minimal install of "Basic Device Software" and avoid HP software taking over.....

Late Delivery

I called Ontrac customer support, and they said they would send the driver out to find the package the next day...whatever that means.

Nothing as of yet. Haven't received the product.

Newegg is using Ontrac delivery. I've read about Ontrac and the overall opinion on the internet is that they are horrible at their job. My tracking status says it was delivered....to the wrong address. I don't know if Newegg is experimenting with new...
