Hewlett-Packard LaserJet CM2320nf

The HP Color LaserJet CM2320nf color laser multifunction printer would be a good choice for a small office with a light workload. This $599 (as of April 6, 2009) MFP is compact and well designed, but its black toner is particularly expensive.

Low sticker price; intuitive design ; Easy setup and maintenance

Expensive black toner ; Inconsistent scan quality

The low-hassle design is nice, but if you print a lot, seek a model with cheaper black toner.

Probably won't buy another HP Printer - support lacking

We've had this MFP for about 2 yrs. Always used HP Genuine cartridges. Tried using compatibles to save $$ - color inks fine, had a problem with a black cartridge line on copies, so opted to go back to HP Genuine. But after trying 4 black genuine...

Great photo prints

Cleans itself a lot! Slow faxing out. Tech support is worthless. Genuine ink cartridges are expensive ($120)

Trashed 2 of these after 7 mths - dump toner everywhere

Will never buy HP again - even though I have a sitll working 15 yr old HP printer. The last 4 we bought have been junk. 2 of the 2727 lasted less than 2 years. These two 2320 have only lasted 7 months. Shame on HP for letting their company deteriorate...

Initially worked as expected - but after less than 7 months are now worthless except for sending faxes

Dump toner over documents - we came in each day to find faxed unreadable as they were covered in black and colored toner - replacing all the toner cartridges twice did not fix the problem

This one was returned to the warehouse...

We returned this to the vendor during our 30 days trial period. Don't buy this one, there are a lot of other options out there.

Printing quality is in par with other printers in the same prise range

300 MB of drivers?! In order to use the scanner you need to do all the settings on the computer before running to the printer to start the scanning. No USB port for scanning to/printing from USB

Good and Bad for my printing and scanning priorities

The cons are huge for me. I'm constantly scanning agreements and documents with vendors, partners, investors and the like. The quality of scans is ok, but the amount of memory taken forces me to use very low resolution or convert word doc's to pdfs and...

Print quality has been very good. I am very satisfied with quality of output on quality presentation paper

Not worth the price. Do not purchase.

The Fax function is very very slow. When storing a fax it can take up to 15 minutes for a two page fax. When receiving faxes it is slow as well. It can not handle numerous fax pages for both send and receive. Can send from only one email address for...

Machine cleans and resets itself at least twice a day.Tech support is worthless, unless you like being on hold and understanding the person on the other end.I would not recommend this machine

Nice quality for a Laser

Print cartridges that are included don't last long. Be prepared to spend another $120 X 4 for new cartridges.Fax part of the machine need to be reset (shut down) once a week or machine wont fax

DO NOT buy

Do not buy. Not a good All-in-One, all functions are slow to the point of not functional. And we know the hassels with HP tech support.

Pros? Huh. Let me think. It worked...eventually

1. Print/copy/fax is slow. And by slow i mean it could NOT handle large copy/fax jobs at all ; 2. Scanning to PC is a joke ; 3. Someone came to fix paper curling and told me that I should just send the thing back (after one week of owning it)
