Very unsatisfied

 

No color calibration available and is much different from my last printer. No option to change ink density and it seems to print very heavy=goes through lots of toner. Toner doesn't stick to Avery labels-tends to rub off and we are trying to use them as price tags. I have Indesign documents with drop shadows (and .eps graphics) it doesn't seem to be able to handle these and affects anything that is underneath it (doesn't print properly). Doesn't print an even white space around the edge - that is it leave more along the bottom -- I haven't seen that problem on any other printer in about 15 years. Most printers now leave an even 1/4" all around the edge but no this one. Over wish I could return it but I'm stuck with it.

Very pleased - great overall printer

 

Great printer for the money. I almost wrote off HP printers after having one that leaked magenta toner but decided to give them another chance. I was deciding between this and a Xerox Phaser, both with similar prices per page, so I couldn't justify...

Handles a lot of different paper types, 2 paper trays, very fast, perfect text, rich colors, rather quiet for a printer

Big/heavy. Tried setting it up to a MAC and wasn't impressed with the print quality, so I switched it over to a PC and the difference was amazing. I imagine someone with more knowledge of their MAC/drivers would be able to figure it out, though

Very poor technical support from HP

 

I would not recommend this printer due to the fact it can not print on #10 envelopes. Also the support from HP was pathetic. The printer was not developed properly and then HP kept wasting my time sending me around the company to every tech support...

Very fast, color is great! Double sided worked well and very quick. Looks like a very nice printer

Could not use #10 envelopes. Tech support a joke and very rude. Tech support kept transferring to next person. Took hours, no one calls back no solution to problem. I returned printer disappointed
