Works great for my sewing patterns

 

I love the printer. I bought it to print out sewing patterns from pattern drafting software like, Bernina MyLabel, Pattern Master Boutique and Dress Shop. The large roll paper keeps me from having to tape a hundred letter size sheets of paper together...

Price is great. $611 Amazon. Large roll paper 24" wide

When I used the downloaded drivers from HP and the drivers on the disk, my computer would crash and go to a blue screen. I had to disconnect the printer, remove the device from the printers folder, then delete the reference in the registry. (HKEY_LOCAL

So I first verified through Hewlett Packard if the tray/roll/stand, ink, printheads, etc. were compatible from my existing 110+nr (that will cost the same $$ to repair) and they told me its all good....even encouraged me to purchase through an outside...

We ordered this printer for use in our fab shop and it has worked great.It is simple to both use and set up and prints clear D drawings.For the money I dont think we could have done better.

I have a small architectural firm in Montana. I only occasionaly make progress prints and prints for meetings with clients. I send my large print orders to the local "Blueprinting" shop when a project goes out to bid.
