i've tried other bt headsets and ever1 told me that they heard running water in the background with this head set there is no such thing

Great Headset

Buttons are not complicated, just read the manual. Customer service is very willing to accomadate any problems / questions.

I also purchased the Discovery 655 around the same time from Newegg and I can easily say it is a better headset for a cheaper price. It's a pleasure to purchase from Newegg.
