HP Deskjet 2510

HP's Deskjet 2510 is a simple but effective budget all-in-one.

Good speed for price, Simple, straight-through paper path, Energy Star certified

No wireless connection, Tri-colour cartridge can be wasteful, No photo-card slots

It runs on 10W of power supply at 50/60 Hz frequency and requires voltage ranging from 100 to 240 V. For connectivity, a USB 2.0 port is provided

Finally, we can say that HP Deskjet 1000 -J110a Single Function Inkjet Printer is a good printing solution for all printing needs of any business with its rich feature set, sleek design and superb functionality.

Good fot the price!!!

This is a good printer/copier/scanner! No frills, just good results. I had a similar priced Canon printer and the ink was expensive. In fact, I could by a new printer for the cost of ink plus $5.00. Anyway, if I get a year out of it, money well spent....

Not worth the price

HP printers are unreliable, and prone to failure. Aftermarket inks are hard to come by and expense. And customer service is very poor.

Inexpensive initial purchase price. Easy set-up. Decent quality

Ink yield much less than poor. About 20 pages if you have heavy photo coverage, or $1.50 per page ; Image area prevents any printing on bottom 3/4". The ink is extremely over priced for the page yield. Simple letters are likely to cost $0.50 per page

Product Specifications

HP DeskJet 970CXI printer produces outstanding graphics and text at a rapid rate, and was designed with the business professional in mind. Its speed, quality of output, and efficiency make it a great tool for creating projects and presentations in professional style. And with its space efficient design and quiet operation, it fits nicely into the context of a home or office. It is even networkable with an optional HP JetDirect external print server. You'll appreciate the smooth speed and color of the 970CXI. It prints quickly at up to12 pages per minute in black, up to 10 pages per minute in color, and with a resolution of 600x600 dpi in black. When printing in color on photo paper, resolution is heightened even further to 2400x1200 dpi. Color prints come out vivid and sharp due to HP's Photo Ret III color layering technology, ColorSmart technology, and SmartFocus. Color layering uses tiny ink drops to attain a wider range of color, while ColorSmart matches colors between the screen and the printer, and SmartFocus ensures sharper image quality. A variety of media is fed through a 150-sheet capacity paper tray. Use plain, inkjet, photo, and glossy paper in sizes up to 8.5x14 inches. Other media options include transparencies, envelopes, labels, index cards, and custom size paper. The printer has a duty cycle of 5,000 pages per month. There are several other printer features that provides added printing flexibility. For example, Hewlett Packard provides 8 built-in fonts: CG Times, CG Times Italic, Univers, Univers Italic, Courier, Courier Italic, Letter Gothic, and Letter Gothic Italic. The 970CXI also offers automatic two-sided printing, as well as a print cancel button, both of which can help to reduce wasted paper. There is even a low-ink warning indicator to help prevent printing mistakes. The 970CXI is compatible with Windows NT4.0 and 5.0, Windows 3.1x, 95, 98, and with MS-DOS applications. It is also USB compatible with Windows 98 and Mac OS 8.1 and above. It comes with HP PCL Level 3 (enhanced), and 4MB built-in RAM. It has an IEEE 1284 Centronics parallel compatible interface, as well as a USB interface.
